My Tour Advisor Promise
A practical promise built around booking flexibility, safety checks, transparent communication, and on-tour support.
To simplify booking and reduce burden on our clients, we've set the booking amount at just 10% of the land arrangement cost, excluding flights and other larger sums required at booking. The remaining balance can be paid in installments, and we also offer the option to make the final payment upon arrival. Our approach is transparent, and we'll consistently provide accurate information to keep you informed every step of the way.
You have the flexibility to pay up to 50% of the balance upon arrival at your destination, using either a credit card or cash, depending on the tour. Additionally, you have the option to postpone your tour to another date up to one week before your scheduled arrival, subject to specific terms and conditions discussed before finalizing the reservation.
After your booking reservation is confirmed, we'll continuously monitor the situation in your chosen destination. If any issues arise regarding your tour destination, we'll keep you updated. In the event that touring becomes impossible due to any Unforseeable conditions, we'll discuss the option of deferring or canceling the tour and provide clear information about refund amounts and timelines.
Throughout your entire tour, from start to finish, our specialists will be in constant communication with you, providing honest and knowledgeable information every step of the way. Our multilingual experts are readily available to assist you, checking in frequently to ensure your well-being and satisfaction.
Our guides will conduct a health and safety briefing before the tour begins and will help everyone adhere to social distancing, hygiene, and local regulations. Vehicles will be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected after each excursion trip. Hotels and restaurants are assessed for hygiene, protocols, and safety guidelines.
